We support all major credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover via PayPal. At the checkout page, you may choose to pay with credit card or PayPal. PayPal would also accept all major credit cards.

Why am I transferred to the PayPal site?

After you click the "Buy now" button, you would be securely transferred to PayPal. PayPal offer added protection for both you the customer and the artist.

Shipping policy

With in the uk I ship special delivery.
If buying outside the uk I post tracked
Please be aware when ordering outside the uk your bear will take a while to arrive to you.
Any duties and taxes are out of my control and decided once the bear arrives in your country. You as the buyer are solely responsible for these charges. If you are not willing to pay then please don’t buy.

Returns policy

I do except returns if for some reason you don’t like your bear.
If you have just changed your mind the buyer is responsible for shipping costs and I expect the bear to arrive in the original packaging in the same condition I sent it.
